How the number checker works
Enter the numbers you played into the fields above (or paste them into the quick-entry box), select the draw you entered them for, and hit Check Numbers. The tool compares your picks against the last 30 published results for that draw and highlights every match.
Matching numbers are shown as highlighted balls. If a draw had a Bonus ball or PowerBall and your numbers include it, that match is counted separately.
How to use it
- Select the draw you played. Tap the game name (for example Teatime or SA Lotto) so the checker compares against the right results.
- Enter your numbers. Type them into the numbered boxes, or paste them as a line of numbers (e.g.
12 18 23 27 31 44) into the quick-entry field. - Press "Check Numbers". The tool compares your picks against the last 30 published results for that draw.
- Read your matches. Every draw your numbers appeared in is listed with the matching balls highlighted. The result means how many of your numbers appeared in that draw — not how much you won, because payouts depend on the operator's odds and the booths or bets you placed.
What the checker does NOT do
- It does not predict future results. Every lottery draw is an independent random event. The frequency and hot/cold summaries below describe past draws only and can never tell you which numbers will appear next.
- It does not confirm a win. A number match against our published results is informational. Only the operator you wagered with — or the official lottery — can confirm a prize.
- It only checks the draws we publish. If a draw is not in our dataset, it cannot be checked here. Always verify a result against the official source before claiming a prize.
Below the match list, each of your numbers also gets a frequency summary: how many times it appeared in the sample, when it last appeared, and a hot/cold classification. These are historical statistics, not predictions — every draw is independent and every ball has the same chance of being drawn.
Which draws can I check?
The checker supports every lottery draw available in South Africa:
- SA Lotto — 6 numbers from 1–52 plus a Bonus ball. Draws Wednesday and Saturday.
- Lotto Plus 1 — Same format as Lotto, separate prize pool. Lotto Plus 2 was discontinued in June 2026.
- Lotto 5 Max — 6 numbers from 1–52 with its own cascading jackpot.
- PowerBall — 5 numbers from 1–50 plus 1 PowerBall from 1–16.
- PowerBall XTRA — Add-on draw with its own prize pool. PowerBall Plus was discontinued in June 2026.
- Daily Lotto — 5 numbers from 1–36, drawn every day.
- UK 49s — Teatime, Lunchtime, Brunchtime, and Drivetime draws.

Tips for using the checker
- Check after every draw. Results update automatically as new draws are published, so run the checker regularly to stay on top of your tickets.
- Match against the right draw. Make sure you select the draw you actually played — Teatime picks don't count against Lunchtime results, and vice versa.
- Use it as a log. Screenshot your results to build a personal win/loss record over time. This helps you track spending and play within your budget.
